Contract Service

ServiStar Contract ServiceOur ServiStar service program consists of three parts. You may choose all three, or any of the three that best meet your needs.

We recommend an annual preventative maintenance inspection to assure that your Staco Energy equipment is operating at its optimum.

A factory certified member of our service team will personally perform this high-quality service at your site.

Start-Up

A service team member will start up your new Staco Energy equipment after it has been installed by you or a contractor. This service includes an:

  • Installation inspection
  • System activation
  • Performance verification of the unit before we leave.

Annual Service Agreement

A service team member will provide on-site service coverage for the cost of parts, labor and travel to repair a failure of your Staco Energy equipment due to any defect in material or workmanship for one year.

Preventative Maintenance Inspection

A service team member will come to your site and perform an inspection to ensure that your Staco Energy equipment is operating at its best.

The inspection consists of an internal inspection and operational testing.

It covers all labor and travel expenses related to performing these operational tests.

However, it does not include the cost of parts or labor to repair any problems found during the inspection.
